Tariff and Booking Conditions

Tariff

For bookings of 2 nights or more:

Room 1 - £72.50 per room per night based on 2 people sharing

Room 2 - £72.50 per room per night based on 2 people sharing

(£25 per night per additional person)

 

Single night stays:  £75 per night based on 2 people sharing.   

 

Price includes full Scottish breakfast

 

Deposit & Booking

A deposit for the value of the first nights stay is required as confirmation of booking.  A confirmed booking means acceptance of Booking Conditions.

We are not currently able to accept credit cards or travellers cheques, so payment must be made by cash or cheque.

Cancellations

In case of cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable. 

Cancellation within 48 hours of booked arrival date means 100% charge for the full duration of your booking may apply if the room cannot be re-let.  Non arrivals will also be liable for 100% charge for the full duration of your booking.

We strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance.

Arrivals

The Bed and Breakfast Rooms are ready for occupancy from 17.00 on the day of your arrival at Larch House and should be vacated by 10:00 on the day of your departure.

If you wish to arrive later, please let us know in advance.

 

Other Conditions

Out of respect for other guests, smoking and pets are not permitted.
